  2. SSN
  3. HS Diploma or Equivalency, or Higher Education (Required for CCMA). No Wonderlic due to CCMA.
  4. Immunizations or Declination

State exam requirements: Yes, the CCMA exam, provided with the course.

Minimum age: Must be at least 17 years of age (applicants under 18 require written permission from a parent or legal guardian).

Radiography: Additional requirements apply. Our program does NOT satisfy training for limited x-ray procedures—this specialty needs extra education and examination.

Credentials on completion: Certificate of Completion, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association, and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) License.

Background check guidance: Before enrolling, call the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) to confirm eligibility for the CCMA exam. If NHA deems you ineligible, do not join the program. Even if accepted, employers may run checks post-graduation, potentially impacting hiring.[1]
